What would be a good wt mono to make a twisted leader for my 9 wt rod?

Think anywhere from 10-15 lb test should work. I prefer 12 lb test flourocarbon.

Thanks Steve. I'm learning to put together a 9 wt outfit for the heavier flies. I tied a pike fly but a smaller version for chain pickerel using marabou/rabbit strips, but when it got water logged it felt like i was trying to cast a wet dish cloth. It wasn't flying to good. So back to the drawing board. So far no spinning/casting equipment, all fly rod and I'm enjoying the trial & error challenge.
