Fished the Rose in the park on Tuesday. Caught about 15 brookies in about 4 hours. All on top with parachute Adams. Burt got 21 (by actual count), most on top with Mr. Rapadan. Water was a little high but about normal for this time of year.

Fished the Conway in the Devil's Ditch section yesterday. Caught 4 browns including an old 15" hooked jawed one plus a 13". SNP trout do not get much better. Did not catch a single brookie. A guy who fished much higher (upstream) caught about 30 brookies plus at least one 13" brown.

Fished Jerrmy's Run yesterday. Caught about 20 brookies in 4 hours of fishing and 2 hours of walking. That hill gets steeper and longer every year. All were caught on top mostly with a #14 elk-hair caddis. They were all nice fish for mountain brookies. Had one 10" plus a couple of 9's.

Only other fishing has been 30 min of throwing 4" plastic lizzard several times a week into the swm/landscape ponds which are 2 min from the house. There, I continue to get bit by little bass ranging from 5" to 13". Catch a few lose more.

Fished the Rapadan near Hoover Camp. Caught almost 3 dozen brookies, all on top water. Best fly seemed to be #14 parachute Adams. There was a wide variety of bugs on the water. At least 3 different may flies. some caddis, Yellow Sallies, midges, etc. Stream was running full. A little less water might have fished better. Road was a little rutted but solid. Need to be careful with any vehicle not having a good under clearance.

Fished Rose in the Park Monday(6/6/11). Water a little low but not bad. Caught a dozen maybe a couple of more. All were on drys. A beetle and a #14 elk-hair caddis fished about the same. All were nice size brookies( for wild SNP brookies.)
